Programs

Waves of innovation are more frequently and intensely disrupting business as usual in the automotive industry. The Electrification of Things, The Internet of Things, the Mobility of Things (people & goods) is constantly creating spikes in demand for the most highly qualified people leading to high dynamic workforce needs and a shortage in resources. There are needs from advanced degrees, middle skills, and gaps that extend back to K-12. Companies and employees must be able to update skills frequently in an ever changing career landscape.
